Motivation comes in many forms, but the end results are what is important. Finding what works for us personally is the key. A few of the steps along the path of reaching any goal, especially healthy weight loss, are:



  • Set Realistic Goals
  • Draw Up A Plan to Follow
  • Place Written Copies Where You See Them Often
  • Plan Reward Days Where You Have Something to Look Forward to
  • Tweak Things as You Go (One Size Does NOT Fit All)
